"I bought this hoping it would help with…"
I bought this hoping it would help with leaks more, but we still ended up having a little accident after swimming. The fit seemed fine and all that, so I’m not really sure what the issue was. For the price, I just expected this to do a bit more.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found splashabout easy to use, at least from my experience. The menu made sense and I was able to find swim stuff for my little one without having to click around forever. Checkout was straightforward too, which I always appreciate. I did take one star off because a couple of pages were a bit slow to load on my phone, though maybe my connection wasn’t helping either. It wasn’t a big issue. Overall I’m happy with it and would probably use the site again...

"Didn’t feel safe enough for my kid"
I bought this for my kid thinking it would make swim lessons a little easier, and I don’t think I was being overly picky here, but the buoyancy just didn’t feel reliable. It kept tipping forward, which made me really nervous and made the lessons more stressful instead of helping. I wanted to give it a fair try, but I didn’t feel comfortable trusting it in the water.

"Easy Checkout When I Needed It"
I was feeling mentally drained when I ordered, so I really appreciated that the website was simple to use. I found what I needed without much effort, and checkout went smoothly with no issues.

"Reliable stock and an easy order"
I ordered from Splash About because they had the swim nappy size I needed, while a few other places were out of stock. I’m a bit particular about getting the right size and colour rather than just settling, so it was a relief to see most colours available too.

I’d give it 4 stars because one item I liked showed as in stock, then seemed to disappear when I checked again later. That was a little annoying, but the checkout was straightforward and I still managed to get what I needed

"Handy for swim lessons"
Got this from Splash About for our little one’s swim classes, and the pool had no issue with it at all. It fits nicely and makes getting ready feel a lot less hectic, honestly. It’s been easier than the one we used before, which...

"Decent swim nappy, but not perfect"
I actually liked this swim nappy at first, it fit well and did the job fine in the water. But after just a few uses, some of the stitching started coming loose, which was disappointing. So I’d say it’s good, but also kind of not great if you’re expecting it to last.

"Washed fine, no hassle"
After swimming lessons I threw it in the wash, followed the care label, and thankfully it came out fine. No shrinking, no weird fading, and it still looks nice. I don’t have patience for clothes that need special treatment, so I’m happy this one was easy

"Nice Warm Pool"
The pool was really nice and stayed warm the whole time, which made it easy to relax and enjoy. I do wish the area had been a little less crowded, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience with no real complaints

"Umm, I bought a UV suit from..."
Umm, I bought a UV suit from Splash About for my little one to use on holiday and it worked really well. They were in and out of the pool loads, and there were no red shoulders at the end of the day. The fit was a little snug, but still comfy enough. I’d buy one again, just probably size up next time.

"Not a lot to pick from"
I had a look around, but it just felt limited. They didn’t really have much there, so I couldn’t find what I was after

"I accidentally ordered the wrong size…"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size swim nappy and was a bit worried it was going to be a hassle to sort out, but it was really straightforward. I emailed them and got a reply quickly, with clear steps that made me feel reassured about what to do next. I sent it back and the new size arrived faster than I expected. No stress, no chasing, and no fuss at all, which is exactly what I need when it comes to kids stuff.

"I had a small issue with…"
I had a small issue with my order, but customer service got back to me quickly. Their tone was friendly and calm, which made the whole thing feel easy rather than stressful. It did take one extra email to get everything fully sorted, but they handled it without any fuss and I’m happy with the support overall.

"Started Coming Apart After a Bit"
It seemed okay at first, but after using it for a while, it started falling apart. I guess it might be fine if you only need it for light use, but for regular everyday use, it didn’t really hold up for me

"Good experience overall, but tracking lagged"
I ordered from Splash About and, the delivery turned up quicker than I expected. I did get updates and everything arrived in good condition, so no complaints there. I’m just not giving 5 stars because the tracking was a bit slow to update, which made it feel like someone wasn’t quite keeping on top of it. Still, overall I’m happy with the order.

"Pretty sure they’ve got a solid system"
I got exactly what I ordered, and everything matched up with no mix-ups. Seems like they probably double-check things before shipping, because it all arrived just as expected.

"I really liked the colours and…"
I really liked the colours and the style. It felt fun, but not too loud. The site was easy to browse too. Everything looked nice and well put together.

"Looks Nice, But Not Very Comfortable"
It looks perfectly fine, but the fit was tighter than expected and started rubbing a bit after swimming. My child kept tugging at it the whole time, which was a little frustrating. It’s okay, but comfort-wise, it didn’t really work out for us
